If I start at 128 resolution and start working than Update dynamesh at the same 128 resolution it will update. If I crank up the Dynamesh to let’s say 500 resolution it won’t update the mesh, but if I start using claybuildup or any brush I can notice that it was dynameshed and the current brush is working at that resolution, but my mesh looks like the 128 resolution. How do I fix this?
You have to update the mesh then redynamesh
How do I exactly update the mesh? If you mean move it a bit or smooth it a bit than dynamesh it doesn’t work that way either
Here’s how my model looks all blocky and the dynamesh is at 600 resolution. I’ve tried everything… why does it look so blocky and it doesnt update?
I’m starting with very low polysphere to get the shape I like than I dynamesh it but this is what I get. Even if I try to move it a bit or smooth it a bit and then dynamesh I get the same thing. I think that I don’t have this problem only when I started with the resolution I want to end at and edit my polysphere. However, I can’t really get the shape I really want without it looking weird and it kind of slows down my pc a lot.
Any solutions please?
