it’s there in 2021 but not after update on both my macines?

The current version of ZBrush is 2021.1.1. The previous version of Zbrush was 2020.1.4, and Dynamics were not yet a feature.
If you upgraded without uninstalling the previous version, it may still be installed on your machine. Make sure you are launching the correct version of ZBrush.
If you are certain you are launching the correct version, and the Dynamics palette is not located on the top shelf between the “Draw” and “Edit” tabs, you will need to contact Pixologic Support.
