Hey all.
I’ve been working away at creating moulds for a 3D printed prototype of Sonic The Hedgehog.
I sculpted it in ZBrush and had it sent from Shapeways. I’ve begun injecting the plastic resin and the results have been exciting.
So far so good.
I’ve encountered a number of challenges along the way, but its been really fun so far.

In the image above the first Sonic head is the original Prototype from Shapeways, the following I replicated by means of mould making and resin injecting.
