Hey All! Is there a way to draw all over a sphere surface in any number of positions at equidistance from eachother? So I’m trying to sculpt the same thing evenly spaced all over a sphere, is it possible? Thanks in advance
Hey, thanks for that, though that doesn’t allow you to do what I need.
Imagine a 12 pointed sphere, I need to be able to draw around each of the 12 evenly spaced verts.
To the best of my understanding of your question, Zber2 has given you the correct answer. Set your radial count to the required number to hit the verts.
I hope this is a little clearer, I have my radial symmetry set to 5 on the Y plane and I draw down from the point (red arrow), the line is repeated on the other 4 faces around the top point, but i need it to be repeated around all 12 points of the Icosahedron.
Why didn’t you call it an Icosahedron in the first place? No, it’s not possible AFAIK.
