I’m on a mac OSX Version 10.6.8. In order to upgrade to Zbrush 4R5 I’ve downloaded the installer (since the update app wont launch either). I open the installer and it just doesn’t do anything. It won’t launch the installation process. Any help would be great, thanks.

I’ve tried what they say but it the installer won’t even launch. I’m trying to clean install and after double clicking on the dmg the file opens an installer and when I double click that it does nothing.
After opening the DMG file you should see the ZBrush icon. Double-clicking that will launch the installer. HOWEVER, it’s a bit sensitive on some computers. You may have to try double-clicking several places on the icon before it will finally decided to launch. Dead center does not seem to work well.
