Every time I try to upgrade ZBrush I have to contact technical support to get them to reset my download limits.
I have ZBrush installed on 2 machines - an iMac and a Macbook Pro. I have just uninstalled 4R7 P2 from the iMac so I can upgrade to 4R7 P3. I received confirmation that it is uninstalled and that I can request a download link for P3. However, when I try to request the link I am unable to as the site says that I have reached the download limit even though I only have it installed and activated on 1 computer now (the Macbook Pro).
Yet again, I have to contact technical support to get them to reset my allowance. Even when I do this I will sometimes have to contact them again to confirm that it is only activated on 1 machine. This process is particularly slow as they are only available on weekdays.
Your tech support has always fixed this issue as fast as they can but is there a client-side fix or check that I can do in future to stop this happening every time there is an upgrade?
