Download issues

Hello, I just bought zbrush 2020 and i dont know how to download it in my ipad pro. It doesnt work! What do i do?

Hi @paloma_poggione Welcome to ZBrush Central.

This is a job for @aurick

You can wait for his reply (he has just been notified), or you can submit a ticket to Support.

ZBrush requires Windows or macOS.

The iPad Pro runs iOS. Even though it’s an Apple product, it’s a totally different operating system.

ZBrush cannot run on an iPad. However, you can install it on a Windows or Mac machine, then use third party software to set your iPad Pro up as an external monitor. This will allow you to display and user ZBrush on your iPad while it is actually being run on your computer.

You can find the ZBrush system requirements here.

If you don’t have a computer that can run the software, you will want to submit a Support ticket to request a refund.

Thanks!

Hello!
Than you for your advice.
The thing is that i need to download the installer again so that i can install it in a laptop. How can I do that?
Thank you again,
Paloma

Thank you very much!
And when i have the program in the laptop, how do I move it to my ipad?

You don’t move it to your iPad. You need a program that will allow your iPad to serve as an external display. You can then move ZBrush onto that display. To move ZBrush between your displays, click the Resize button so that it’s no longer maximized. Next, drag it by its title bar to the upper left corner of the desired display. (Which in this case is your iPad Pro.)
Then use the lower right corner of the ZBrush window to drag it to fill that display. (Don’t maximize it or the next step won’t work.) Finally, press Ctrl+Shift+I or Cmd+Shift+I to store the configuration so that ZBrush will always open in the desired location.
