I previously installed the trial version of 2018 before I got the license. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still just says thank you for trying the trial, it doesn’t give me any option to enter in my key to activate the software. Where do I go from here?
You don’t need to reinstall, the trial and the full version are the same. It is the online licensing that is different. If you are having problems logging in to your account or activating ZBrush then submit a ticket to Pixologic Support.
