Does Zbrush have something like Maya's lattice deformer?

I’m working on a bust study and have spent the last hour trying to get the twist of the gesture right with masking, transpose lines, move brush etc. A lattice cage like the one in Maya would make this so much easier, just wondering if there is a similar tool in Zbrush.

the closest i think you’ll find is zsphere rigging

You could goZ your Zbrush model to Maya, apply the deformer and goZ back to Zbrush. I have attached screen shots from Zbrush and Maya. Hope this helps and hope the attachment works.
