I’m new to the program and I want like a ‘‘guide’’ that can help me with my own sculpting without importing a sculpt myself or an outside sculpt. Does ZBrush have this? Please help me 
There is the IMM Bparts brush in the brush palette with body parts.
Badking has lots of free stuff including all kinds of body parts as well as lots of kit bashing stuff. You just have to create a free account to download them.
