I was wondering if I really needed a tablet for Zbrush modeling, or is all this done with a mouse…
What are the people using that get their stuff published in the gallery?
What should I use? Mouse or Pen?

You need a Wacom, it would be a huge disadvantage if you don’t. If it is a question of money buy the cheaper models, for example Wacom bamboo (not too small). I would avoid other tablet brands.
