Arch Guns! Nice details, and I like the shading. a little grime and texturing would be even more awesome! But some really nice details in there! Keep the Hard Surf coming!
I forgot to mention these are just the high poly models so the grime will come when i start texturing the low poly - thanks for your comment though, appreciate it
These are nice. I’m curious, are they all ZBrush? And how long did it ake to make one?
I agree, any tips ?
Yes they are 100% made in zbrush using the basic primitives and a mixture of slice, panel loops and transposing
Well the orange one took around 40/50 hours that included getting back upto speed with zbrush, as i hadn’t used in over a year. I also had to learn about the new r5 hard surface features which are amazing
The SMG took around 20 hours and was a lot faster as i had sorted out my workflow and was a lot more confident with zbrush by then
-Thanks for stopping by
Looking great Paul
Cheers Chris
That’s nice! I can really notice all the details! I would just suggest to use a bit bigger images. For borders I would not that blue color either. It just attracts too much attention from overall really nice 3d model. If you can pick one of the values from shaders itself, I think it would be much better. In any case, good work so thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the crits - wont use that colour when i do the images for my portfolio
Forgot about this thread… Anyways here are the final renders if anyone is interested. More angles can be seen on my artstation
Outstanding!!! Really looking forward to your next piece in ZBrush. Do you have any WIP images you can share? Would be great to see more.
Thanks dude! I made this a couple years ago now and didnt really keep any wip shots
What are you working on now? Would be cool to see what you’ve been up to.
I usually post latest work on my artstation - mostly use zbrush for cleaning up photogrammetry scans recently
