Dino-Amazonian warrior woman. (Nudity)

Here is a model I been working on. The original concept was by a great 2D

artist named Michal Dutkiewicz. It’s not exactly like his drawings, his had body

armour, but I modelled mine with more muscles. I don’t think I’ll do any more

modifications to her just yet. I can’t wait to polypaint her!

Hey, I like your model and idea. You are surely the first creator of a dino-warrior-woman in this forum, that`s an achievement!. Want to see here textured.

Hi, JuanVal. I’m glad you like my model. And thankyou for leaving a comment, much appreciated. I checked your user gallery and you’ve made some interesting human/animal hybrids yourself. I’ve got some time off work now so I can start to texture her. Post updates soon.

but to be honest, I personally feel that the female form, even though athletic should be a bit more feminine. I used to run into the same issues when I when I first started to draw 20 some odd yrs ago. All my females looked like men with huge breasts. Having said that, I think that you have a lot of nice detail to your model and I that works out well for you. I cant wait to see it poly painted. Good luck.

“…if I was any good you would have heard of me.”

I agree that she doesn’t look too feminine with all those muscles, but I figure, if there is any woman that should have bulging muscles, it’s a dinosaur amazon.

Agreed! I would hate to meet her in a dark alley…I would just throw my wallet at her and run screaming like a girl!

Keep up the good work.

Pull the upper abdomen area in. The rib cage doesnt seem to flow. It comes up nice but when you get the upper pecs it just cuts off. Also the hip flexors need to flow into the external obliques a bit better. They seem to harsh in the transition.

Love the material and all the detail work. Looking forward to some more updates.

Thanks for commenting guys, all welcome. DAnconia, not sure what you mean by,“when you get the upper pecs it just cuts off”. I’m just playing at the texturing process for now, but will look more closely at any anatomy modifications before final render. Here’s a quick texture test, all poly painted on a previously saved Dino Girl. She’s not as upto date as the previously posted Transposed model, but I’ll use her so that I can paint with symmetry. I’ll then “col to tex” so that I can apply tex to transposed version. Lots to do yet…

Its just another way of saying it looks like she needs some more muscle on her upper pecs. Sorry.

If you want some good references for muscular females, Michelangelo and Burne Hogarth are good sources. Also female weightlifters I suppose. I know that in Hogarth’s illustrations, the upper pectorals do have more mass as DAnconia has pointed out.

This is just all kinds of creepy.

Some people have offered some good advice, to get things looking acceptable. The problem with the subject is that too many things are common enough in the real world and people don’t forgive you for altering it beyond expectation.

I think the original idea is sound at least from what I can derive from your images and text.

Jason Belec… “creepy”? That’s in a good way, right? LOL
Twitchmonkey… Yes thanks, I reference female bodybuilders, wether that translates to my model remains to be seen. After all I regard this as fantasy art, some may say erotic? I know humans were never around at the time of dinosoars but this is just a fantasy hybrid.
DAnconia… Ok thanks, I have adjusted those areas now, more upper pecs and pulled in the upper abbs a bit and adjusted the hip area. I’ll post more once I done some more painting.
