Is there a way to assign different settings for each windows user account? At work, we have some machines that are shared between users and each signs on with their own floating user account. I had thought that if I setup a separate ZbrushData2022 folder in the documents folder for my own user account I could setup my own hotkeys, interface, and macros there but that isn’t working.

This would only be possible if the versions of ZBrush installed are different major versions (2020, 2021, 2022, etc). Each one of those would have their own separate data folder. Otherwise I’m not immediately aware of any clean way to do what you propose.
It may be possible to use a script to automate the loading of specific configuration files for each user.
