Hi guys,
not sure here I should post this, but I figured this would be a good place to start.
We’ve recently gotten our hands on a holographic display called the Looking Glass, and are looking to implement it as a solution for 3d modelling using Zbrush. However, I’m not sure how to go about this. The way the display works is that it generates 45 camera views of a 3D asset, then, these 45 views are scrambled and sent to the display via HDMI, where a lens array interprets that scrambled image and gives the illusion of depth.
The display currently has a unity plugin that enables this viewport functionality, and there is a DLL that handles the scrambling process that’s available to use.
I’m just not sure how to go about implementing a solution for Zbrush.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
