I was playing in Silo this morning, and came up with this devel head… it looked neat so then I took it into Zbrush for some rendering magic :):
I am going to experement more with the material, perhaps I can get some nice CEL shadeing effects

SILO is a Modeling application that is is its very early stages…
I am helping beta test and develop it…
If you want to help develope a 3d application it will only cost you 109$. and then they will give you the Beta version.
I suggest using WINGS3D tho, Wings is 100% FREE, and it is a finnished product… It has far more features than SILO, and you dont have to PAY to help develope it… It is FREE to everyone… you can pay if you wish VIA donation .

I especialy recomend WINGS for people who are new to UV mapping.
If you want to pay 109$ to help develope a 3d application here is the link… they have a free DEMO that is time limmited.
I dont suggest this package for a Beginner, wings is far more easy on the Beginner and the Pockettbook.
I payed for it because WINGS 3d dose not work in 64 bit windows…
Unfortunately SILO dose not either, so I am stuck with it…

The thing I like most about SILO, is that you can make it look and act almost IDENTICALY to the very early beta versions of wings.

polaris, i have to say that that’s definitely one of the sexiest models to hit the board in quite a while. he’s definitely got style… thumbs up on the shader man, its looking really good!
