Anyone know if the demo projects and their respective subtools are made copyright i.e. cannot be used in your commercial or non-commercial projects?

As far as I know there is no specific copyright attached to the demo models. However you should not resell the models in their original form, or pretend that they are your original work. They were provided by artists for the purpose of learning ZBrush and should be used in that spirit.
When appropriate, a credit line should be attached to a render saying that it is a ZBrush model from Pixologic.

I was thinking of using parts of the 4R7 search light model in a 3d render but don’t want to run into copyright issues.
