Could you say me a method for this?
Delete element from scuplted mesh and keep details
Example I have a sculpted coat at subdivison level 6 with lot of details, and I want only cut the sleeves. Or example I’d like cut a character hand and keep details. What should I do?

When I hide the other part and I click “delete hidden” the quality of sculpting lost and I lost all details.

When I use Goz, I can delete element Maya or Max and after re-bake it for sculpted model, but this is very slow.

I can also Group split, but if I have only uv elements.
