Deep Sea Behemoth (WIP)

This is a design Ive been playing around with and having a lot of fun in the process. Im still very new to Z brush (and 3D work in general) so any comments/critiques are welcome. It was modelled in zspheres and rendered in Z brush, with a little post Pshop work. Next I`ll be playing around with painting the creature. I also just want to say how helpful this forum has been already to a Z noob like me. ASW

Hey, thanks guys. Just a quick question from a novice Z artist: Whats the difference between an adaptive skin and a polymesh, and when do you need/not need to use them? ASW

…for a a volume 3D created with Zspheres
Polymesh is used for transform primitives 3D to meshes editable with many more options
Unified skin is used for create a new skin around a volume 3D
Seen your site :+1:
No doubt than in a few times you will be new masters of Zbrush Sculpting :sunglasses:

Wow, I never saw this! It makes me really want to sculpt a fantastic sea creature. Being a diver, I have a fascination with the sea and sea creatures alike, I’d give my left kidney to swim among one of these  By the way, I just realized that the other day I had been to your site and downloaded all your images into my ‘inspiration’ folder, hope you don’t mind

That model looks promising, and the sculptures on your site are amazing! Can’t wait to see what you will do with Z… Welcome!
