Decmiating: Freeze Borders, Zbrush Stops Working

I follow the exact same process from Joseph, explained in this short video:

When I start the Decimation Process, Zbrush stalls/freezes.
It looks like it’s trying to run the script, but it doesn’t move on and is stuck with “reordering”…

I am using the latest Zbrush 2022.0.7

This process is super important for my workflow.
