A problem occurs during reduction in Decimation Master.
If the Decimate Current button is pressed after Preprocess Current, ZBrush will freeze without finishing the process.
At this time, the message “REDING GOZ FILE…” appears in the upper left corner of the screen.
Does anyone know how to work around this problem?

There are two likely possibilities.
There is an issue with the mesh geometry being used that is preventing the process from working on that file.
There is a general issue with either the installation or the installation environment that is preventing it from working with any file.
In both cases you will need to contact Support for technical assistance with ZBrush. We aren’t able to assist you with those types of problems over the public forums.
