Using the default 10% settings I decimated this sculpt and attached is the result in Maya (It went from 5 Mil points down to 500,000). It looks pretty good, but the noise texture that was in the ZB sculpt is missing, along w/ the UV maps. So my question is what caused the texture to vanish (I’m guessing the decimation) and why did the UV mapping disappear?

You need to make sure you have Keep UVs turned on if you plan to keep the UVs.
If you plan to have your highpoly sculpted details in your mesh and not using a texture to achieve the same result then you’ll need to keep your mesh as dense as needed to keep your details. So obviously you can’t use 500k and keep leather details on pants.
