Deactivating and getting a new download link

I recently had to reinstall my OS and realised too late that my Zbrush installation was on the drive I formatted. Consequently I can’t deactivate it. I have it installed on my desktop (the one I had to reinstall) and laptop so I can’t get a new download link to reactivate it, and I can’t seem to get to the support portal which keeps telling me the website is down or I’m having internet issues (I’m not, as you can see). What can I do? I’m not in the US so calling the support line is kind of out of the question! Help? I need my Zbrush!

[ETA] I don’t actually have Zbrush downloaded to install it, the website tells me I’ve downloaded it too many times

Be sure to include your serial number so that the team can quickly find your account and assist you.

I would love to submit a ticket, and if I could have done that I wouldn’t have posted here. Support seems to be down, or unreachable.

My internet connection is fine :confused:

suppoprt.pixologic.com as well as register.pixologic.com are down. We have updated ZBrush 4R4 due to many crashes using Auto Update and now we can not reactivate it. Please fix this problem as soon as possible, we cannot continue our work this way.

Our IT manager is working on the issue. As soon as it has been resolved, the systems for Support and for activation/deactivation will become available.

Until then, even phone support will not be possible.

I have not been given an ETA at this time. My only recommendation is to periodically try again.

Systems are now back online.

Aurick, I’m having trouble accessing support for registration. Is the site under maintenance or are they just very busy? I’m not receiving confirmation emails when I attempt to register. Thanks.

You already have a Support Account. In fact, I show that you submitted a ticket today and received a reply from Will less than an hour later.

Aurick, thanks for responding. I checked my email and my spam folder, but I have not received a response from Will. I realize I have a support account, but when I try to register my copy of ZBrush, it tells me I need to deactivate my old registration. When I check the boxes that show that I want to de-activate the previous license, nothing seems to happen. I get a window that says I will receive a confirmation, but I have not gotten any such email.

Can you log into your Support account? You can view the reply there as well.
