On the 6th July 1972 David Bowie made his third live performance on the legendary British chart show; Top of the Pops. Performing ‘Starman’. He was wearing a Freddie Burretti designed quilted satin suit in red, blue and gold with his distinctive blue Egmond guitar. Bowie’s bold performance seared itself into the minds of a generation when the artist turned to camera and pointed directly at the audience singing “I had to phone someone, so I picked on you-hoo-hoo”.

Nice work here! I’ve seen lots of Bowie pieces, but not all do justice to his colorful plumage
That’s not a Mick Ronson model in the background, is it?

Why thank you sir! It is, indeed, Mick Ronson but alas it’s not a model but merely part of an HDRI backdrop I created for Keyshot.
That’s pretty cool, thanks for sharing!

Thanks Jaime, my work is almost 100% commisioned pieces for physical products, so I rarely get the opportunity to present my work in a way I’m happy with.
Awesome work Ed!!!
