with the wood material you’ve given me, I have had some problem when I was in the high subdivision…the material become too repetitive as a small texture and so I had a model almost white…I think that I made a mistake. I still must work .

oh, about the wood texture from Jotajota, i think you need to have the material dark (colour) and then it works,
so apply the material, then select a dark colour and it should work
