Daniel Day-Lewis as Daniel Plainview in “There will be blood”. This is my first attempt on likeness sculpting. It has a lot to do to match him but anyway here we go. I sculpted base model in ZBrush and then some tweaks in Maya. I did the texturing using substance painter. the nose was the most challenging part in sculpting, since I think it’s broken or something. hair is created using Xgen-Interactive groom and finally rendered in Arnold. I tried so many HDRIs, and as I tested more of them it became hard to choose one! so I’m posting all of them. Cheers
