Is there a way to custom choose what hotkeys can be used for navigation ? I tried through Wacom preferences but either doesn’t work or kinda crashes.
Not natively in Zbrush. Those functions are mostly hard coded. Do be aware of the alternate Right Click Navigation scheme not enabled by default. You may have a little more luck binding Right Click to a different location on your pen.

Should work to bind Zbrush navigation in your Wacom. Don’t use the Navigation option in Wacom it doesn’t work. I set ZB to use Right click Navigation and then set it up as per picture here (this is Mac set up but have done on it on Windows as well) 
For some reason the Wacom preferences seem to sometimes not work and even crash it.
I’m not sure why that would be happening. The only time I had a similar issue was when there was a problematic driver update from Wacom. I ended up downloading the previous driver. Don’t know if you might try looking into that side of things.
