I want to create a small Activate Symmetry button for my custom UI.
I also want this button to reflect the enabled or disabled status of Symmetry.
ZBrush 2021.5 still can’t do it now?

ZScripts can’t monitor the ZBrush interface, so there’s no way to do this, I’m sorry to say. Another part of the problem is ZScripts do not stay active - only one can be active at a time - and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
