Cursor/Draw Size/Sculpting Not working. Help!

Ok, I know Zbrush is not broken and that it is entirely my own fault because this is the second time this has happened to me.

As you can see my Cursor/Draw Size is not working properly and I cannot sculpt on anything.

This is how it normally looks.

Now, I know this has happened because of a hotkey. Because the same thing happened last time I dropped my keyboard on the floor… (I’m a bit of a clutz.) And last time I fixed it by resetting the UI to stock. But as you can see in the first image, Today, before dropping the keyboard and realizing the mistake, I made a beautiful custom UI.

So, How can we fix this without abandoning the 2 hours of work I put into the UI?

Please save me… You’re my only hope!

UPDATE: It only seems to be a problem in my one (most important) character Project File. The Simple Brush assets and Zbrush presets are working fine. I still need help saving my boy though.

Welcome to ZBrush Central!

  1. Does the Draw Size slider not respond at all when attempting to increase the size, or is it only a problem with a hotkey or shortcut?

  2. If yes to #1, does double-clicking on the “Dynamic” toggle in the top right of the Draw Size Slider to deactivate it allow you to again adjust the size of the brush?

  3. If yes to #2, what is the size of your active tool in the Tool> Geometry> Size> XYZ slider field?
