A test lab is destroyed releasing an experimental spore that turns all the city’s dead into Zombies. (city was just attacked by a Cthuli, so lot’s of dead folks)
Then we throw in Vampires trying to save humanity from the spore diseasee becxause they’ll loose their food supply.
