Cross Platform Special ZBrush 4 Upgrade Issue

Hello,

When I originally purchased Zbrush for Mac OSX a year ago I took advantage of their Cross Platform Special to obtain a Windows license as well. I just recieved my upgrade e-mail from Pixologic/Cleverbridge and the only product shown was ZBrush 4 Mac OS X (single license) with download link and serial number. Unfortunately there is no information on how these second licenses are being handled.

  • Are the discounted licenses eligible for upgrade to ZBrush 4?

-Will the second license come in a seperate e-mail, maybe at a later date, due to the shuffled distribution being employed?

  • Do we have to submit a ticket via the support site to obtain the ZBrush 4 license for the alt. OS?

Any information would be helpful, thanks in advance.

Anyone with multiple single-user licenses will receive multiple upgrade emails. Each upgrade email is randomly located within the queue, so it’s not uncommon for the two emails to come hours or even a couple days apart.

Only worry about contacting Support if the second email hasn’t arrived by the end of the week.
