Creating Mask and/or Polypaint for a Layer with only sculpting information

I sculpted some damage for a pillar on a layer and now I am looking for a way to apply polypaint to the sculpted area. The sculpting is a bit complex and I would want ZBrush to mask/paint the sculpted information, of the layer, for me.

I want to use that polypaint later on in Substance Painter to create an ID map.

Example of a model with the area that I sculpted and want to assign a mask and/or polypaint:

@RazIP Use Tool:Masking:Mask Changed Points. It respects history so wind back the history to the step before sculpting began and set a History point. Then go forward again to the end of the sculpt and Tool:Masking:Mask Changed Points. All your sculpting will be masked and you can make it a polygroup.
