Creating a realistic scarf (fabric modal /cashmere)

Hi guys

I am trying to create a realistic looking scarf made of the fabrics (93% modal & 7% cashmere). I already tried out Marvellous Designer and CLO3D but the results don’t look realistic enough.

I have seen all these amazing work people can do with ZBrush and I was wondering if someone could help me on this and creating such a scarf for me? ( of course I will pay for it.)

So basically I need a square fabric that looks like the original fabric and where I can apply my different patterns/design to it and render it myself.

You think ZBrush is the right approach for it?

Thanks for your kind help.

Best
Paulo

If you have the pattern and fabric why not just scan it, clean it up and make it tile?

Hi

Thanks for this suggestions. I do have tiles that I found on the internet.

So what I already did is creating a file 90x90 cm, with the tiles on it and the design. Creating a scarf in MD5 and export it for rending to Keyshot 5. But it looks far away from realistic. It has more like the look and feel of a poor video game
