CRASH anykind of save

hello,
today i just finish a sculpt on zbrush 2020 1. 1 and i tried to use the plugin decimate master.
and at first it worked well.
then when i tried to save my project. zbrush crashes. nothings where moving anymore.
so i quit the app. restarted it. but it now become for me impossible to save.
everytime i try to save in anyway the app crash . and nothings move anymore.

i tried to take some over object. to reinstall the app . to do the upgrade. nothings change.
crash all the time when i want to save. the rest of the app work well.

Sorry you’re having some trouble!

First: Upgrade to the most up to date version of Zbrush–currently 2020.1.4. It may contain fixes for issues, and older program versions are not supported. When installing, be sure to follow the instructions, and disable any antivirus during the procedure.

Second: Does the program crash when trying to save anything in a fresh session, or does it only crash when trying to save something after loading a specific project file? In the case of the latter, it may simply be an issue with file size, or some other aspect of that file that has become corrupted or problematic.

If it crashes when trying to save anything at all after freshly starting the program, and before loading any files, then there is some sort of issue with your installation. You will need to contact Support. Be sure to be using the most up to date version of the program before doing this.

i already try to do all the update . it change nothings sadly.

also about the instalation it dont come from there. it worked well for the past 2 weeks i was using it. and suddently after i use decimate master. it dont work even if i reinstal it .

and it crash with any kind of object i try to save. even a simple circle make the app crash.
so it not a problem of file size .

i already try to instal without my antivirus.
