Corrupted Ztools when saving to Dropbox

Hi all,

The past few months if I save a Ztool to Dropbox, they become corrupted and either start losing information(subtools) or won’t open at all. When I contacted Dropbox Tech support they said Zbrush files are not supported and they can’t help me. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know if there is a cloud service that does support Zbrush files? When I looked at OneDrive it seems to support 3d files such as obj, fbx, etc., but no mention of .zpr or .ztl. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I never had any problems with anything uploaded and download to dropbox including ztools and I use it daily.

It can be hardware problem. I’m not tech guy, but years ago most files I was downloading was corrupted. And it was related to my RAM i think. It turned out my memory was causing the issues.
