Corrupt Subtool

Is there a way of deleting a subtool without selecting it? I have a corrupted subtool that I need to delete but zbrush crashes when I select it.

I installed the tool reset macros but its not deleting other subtools, does it work with 4r7 or is it only for 4r5?

Ok found a work around, the macros deletes entire tools, what I needed was to delete the subtools (only the corrupt one) in the subtool palette. My work around was just to go back to an old save and import the working subtools, long but it worked but thanks for the help.

You did read what it does do? It’s not a direct solution, but it may be part of one or helpful later on. You said you can’t select that one, don’t select it, save all the stuff you can and want out as .ztl’s and then delete the project. Did you try saving it out and then reopening?

Here is an image of what I mean

I know what the Macro does

I know you do  and it was helpful, just wanted to make my problem (Which is now gone) clearer. Opened an old save with working parts, imported the working ones I needed from the project with the corrupt tool and used the macros to delete everything else that I didn’t need, awesome tool
Anyway thanks for the help
