Converting ZSphere to PM3D for Projection Issue

I’m having an issue in converting a ZSphere (flat) mesh into a PM3D; the Make PolyMesh3D isn’t an available option in the Toolbox palette. And when I select Make Adaptive Skin it reverts back to the original high poly mesh! Further, when I click the “A” key, it still converts it to the original high poly mesh. No matter what I do, the Make PolyMesh3D option never appears. I know I’m missing something here, but don’t know what it precisely is. Any help would be welcome. I’m using ZBrush 2018.1.ZBrush ScreenGrab04.jpgZBrush ScreenGrab03.jpgZBrush ScreenGrab02.jpgZBrush ScreenGrab01.jpg

Make sure that the ‘DynaMesh Resolution’ slider is at 0 in ‘Tool > Adaptive Skin’ first, before you click ‘Make Adaptive Skin’ or ‘Make PolyMesh3D’. Personally, I think the default setting for that slider should be at 0 not 256.

Bingo!! That was the issue. Thanks a lot zber2 for your prompt reply!
