Control Subtool Transparency? (previoulsy ActiveOpc & InactiveOpc Sliders)

I’m trying to figure out how to control transparency of subtools, mainly to invert the defuault behavior of active subtool being opaque and inactive being transparent. I’d like to make the inactive opaque and the active transparent. All the searches I’ve done seem to refer to sliders under preferences/draw called ActiveOpc & InactiveOpc, but I sounds like this was pre ZB4. How the heck do you control it now?

update: I just tried to mess with the Front and Back Opac sliders some but the behavior is really weird. There doesn’t seem to be any magic combo I can find that makes the inactive tool fully opaque and the active one semi-transparent. Neither slider seems to really affect the implicit transparency of each subtool, but instead the way to active tool draws on top of the other mesh (not the background).

Also, the “ghost” effect will only seems to ever apply to the inactive subtool which is a real bummer.

Thanks,
m

Here is what the behavior is like for me…

Front Opac - Determines how visible the inactive subtool is visible in front of active subtool geo (unculled area)

Back Opac - Determines how visible the inactive subtool is visible behind/inside active subtool geo (culled area)

I’ve not found any way using these to force inactive subtool to 100% opaque and active to semi-transparent. Also, ghosting will only affect inactive tool (opposite of what I need)

Not sure how the old sliders worked since I only started using ZB with v4, but from the description it sounds different and like I want.
