I had gotten help before for the creation of a mannequin, but now the shape connecting the spheres looks rotated 90 degrees, so instead of the Sphereinder coupling the sphere on each end it’s on it’s side and I am not sure what’s going on, as this didn’t happen in the ASK Zbrush tutorial on making your own mannequins. any help would be appreciated.
I am having the exact same problem. Did you ever find a solution?
Nope, not yet.
I am editing the post because I can’t post consecutive posts.

The position of the model before it’s linked to the ZSphere chain will determine its orientation along the ZSphere chain. With the object depicted in the image on ZBC try rotating the cylinder shape 90° in the X Axis using the Gizmo3D. After it is rotated then go back to your ZSphere chain and relink the rotated mesh as a connector. It should now change the orientation of the cylinder along the chain. If this is still not correct you may need to rotate the cylinder object in different directions until its aligned correctly.
