Conform to shape?

I’m using ZBrush to create a morph target where a human arm transforms into a mechanical object. I have a low poly “template” that I’ve used to define the rough shape of the target using the Shrinkwrap modifier in Blender, but it’s not exact. Is there a way to use a mesh as a guide when sculpting so I can align the verts on my sculpted model with the “template” model?

You can use Projection to project one mesh onto another, either by using ProjectAll in the SubTool sub-palette or by using the ZProject brush.
