My co-worker’s zbrush started asking for the licence after it was activated and working fine for a while. Today he accidently turned off his machine whilst the license was being installed remotely by IT.
Now when the IT guy tries to install the licence it says everything is fine, however it is still telling his he needs to activate zbrush upon start up.
No one can figure out what the problem is. Any help Pixologic??
