Great work!!! And you certainly nailed Buscema’s Mephisto… brought back many memories  You going to do a Silver Surfer to go with him?

These are simply brilliant!!! Awesome sculpts. Really nicely done! :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1:

Thanks! I’m a fan of both brothers Buscema.
I owe you an apology…I was so rushed putting these pics and post together I forgot to mention the matcap is your gray material!!!

I use it all the time…shows off form wonderfully.

Thanks, Fatmiri for not only the MatCaps but all the other resources you share with the community.

thanks, Ryan…thanks to you, never again will I sculpt a zipper tooth by tooth as I did here;)

Wild how many Buscema fans are here.

I’d love to do a SS but Randy’s got all that covered!

I am doing more for him and others and will show when I can.

re WIP’s…

I do 90% of my direct sculpting in ZB but do lean on other apps for development and output. ZB is an incredible sculpting app but “real world” stuff needs numbers attached to it…but I guess GoZ will take care of that!!
Can’t wait. My process is constantly evolving…also my meshes are a mess 'cause I’m only focused on physical output but that too is changing.
Can’t wait for the hard surface tools in 3.5…I need them yesterday, literally!!!

I’m your Fan !Bro !You is a inspirations for us ! Congratulations !:grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing:

The Mephisto is the only one I actually put together myself…here is a link to my post from last year showing how I did it…wow a year ago already…can’t believe it…someone press pause!!

btw, the parts I sent out were cast and then assembled and painted by master statue painter, Dan “Danno” Cope. He is the man.

Hey Joe.
I am so happy to see you finally be able to post these up.
I’ve already told you this privately, but it is worth repeating.
I think you are a fantastic sculptor!
These works are great full of life and I have to agree you manage to capture the essence of these characters.
Awesome job Joe and I can’t wait to see what comes from you in the future.
Top row please.

Thanks, Cesar…very, very cool.

Outside of my friendship with a certain action figure sculpting master we both know who’s identity shall remain secret  I’ve been doing this stuff in a virtual vacuum and it’s fantastic to be able to share and connect with you and the other great artists I’m getting to know via this expanding digital sculpting universe.

Cool stuff! Batman sculpts are great!:sunglasses:

Wow! Really nice sculpting. Love the Marvel stuff. It must be great to see your models made real and for sale in comic shops.

I think there’s huge things on the Horizon for Marvel now that Disney bought them for $4 Billion.

Great sculpts! Herbie is my favorite! :+1:

So cool to see your work printed! Thanks for sharing with us all!

Peace-NickZ.

You have a lot of talent! You produced a lot of quality work. How long does a character take you on average?

Congratulations on the well deserved top row! :+1:
