Hello,
When I colour picked the colour from my polypainted model, it gave me a darker colour instead of the colour I picked off from my model.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thankyou.

How are you picking the color?
Pressing C while holding the cursor over the model should pick the color. You can also drag from the color picker to the model. If you hold Alt while dragging from the color picker the ‘shaded color’ will be picked.
I used C.
And I’ve tried dragging from the colour picker and it still gave me the same result.
It works fine with my other models but not for the current one.
Is RGB at 100%? Is the subtool filled with the same material all over? marcus knows his stuff. There are 2 ways to select, as he stated. And make sure Grd isn’t on in the polypaint palette. Also note changing your brush type may change if M or RGB will be used while sculpting/painting; either neither or both are possible.
Yup, it’s at 100% And it has the same material all over.
The effect I got is like multiply in Photoshop.
Is your model masked?
No, it’s not.
I tried exporting and importing the obj and it worked.
Thanks.
In also getting this error. Obj import didn’t solve the issue for me. #HELP
