Col> Txr and UV Check output empty texture

Hello all first post.

I’m working through the 3ds max > zbrush pipeline and encountering a problem. I import a UV unwrapped mesh into Zbrush, use UV Check first and see that everything is fine. I then poly paint and try to use UV Check and Col> Txr but both just dump an empty texture.

Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated thank you.

P.S The UV’s are not overlapping and its completely made up of quads.

I have bit similar problem, except my model has not been outside zbrush.
I polycoloured the model, hit col>tex button, and my model shows up with mosaic noise, or “huge polygons”, i look at the texture and it has one set of colours at the buttom of the image, and on top. And when i hit col>tex again after removing the fail-texture, the model disappears, because the texture is empty.

I tried to recolour the model or “tool” but gives same result.
I have 3 subtools in total.

RGB must be on and at 100 or it doesn’t know what to do…well.

It can take a model at say 5 but it will only be applying 5 percent of the color to the map.

Typically after painting your RGB settings are very low…2-4 in my case.

If your UV check worked at the start and you didn’t disable the UV’s then it’s probably just the RGB setting.

I just checked everything, and the problem is still the same.
I can grab the poly colours to texture from the eyes and tongue, but when i try on the body, it just freaks out on first attempt, and makes it invisible on the rest millions of attempts.

Each time i check the RGB settings, UV settings etc.
