Hi everybody. I wanted to know how to get rid of a subtool’s part that is covered by another subtool. I just wanted to make that shoulder pad adhering to the surface not going inside it.
So how to get rid of everything that is going inside
Hello @Astroteles_Evetrials
Live Boolean will fuse the two meshes to each other so the one “adheres” to the other, and will remove the overlapped interior geometry. Note this creates an entirely new merged tool in the Tool palette while leaving the original subtools intact. You would have to append the resulting tool back to your main tool. If you don’t want the two meshes to be welded to each other in the same subtool, you can use one of the Split functions in the subtool palette to split them apart again.
