OK , im sculpting a human and ive worked on it for an hour without saving. then i accidentally hit the “quick sketch” button.
damn, new screen pops up and i cant get back to the sculpt.
How do I get the model i was working on back? I shall not close zbrush or turn off my computer until i have an answer.
please advise.
Turn off ‘Edit’ button (T) then press Ctrl+N to clear the canvas. Select your model in the Tool palette, draw it on the canvas and turn ‘Edit’ back on.
Note: When you activate QuickSketch, it changes the material to ‘Flat Color’ and changes the color to gray and adds a texture to the texture slot on the left so, before you draw your model on the canvas, select the material you were using and change the color to white and turn the texture off.

Would be really nice to have a “back to sculpt” button.
Makes much more sense than “quick sketch” imho.
Never really needed “quick sketch” so far, often hit it by mistake.
Took me ages to find back and at the beginning I started from scratch again.
“Quick Sketch” is a real beginner trap if there is nothing like a “quick back” button
