Hi, I’m looking to buy a copy of ZBrush, I was annoyed to find that all the official UK resellers are WAY more expensive than just buying direct, while the US resellers are a lot cheaper the buying direct but not available to people outside the US.
Anyway, I’ve now seen that buying someone else’s unneeded license is a possibility, which I hadn’t considered before. How does that work with the UK, especially post Brexit? Does it change anything or can I just buy from someone selling in the EU? What do I need to buy to ensure I have a valid license for use here in the UK? Do the EU laws just apply to the seller, or is it both parties.
Any clarification would be amazingly useful.
