No idea what the guy looks like in real life but this is a lovely sculpture.
Great style… but some of his teeth don’t look attached to the gum?

agree with Tenchi for the superior lips. The ear need more love on the inner color and the pores on the chin too, the hair need more shadow at my advice. Over than that great job on the rendering, color, and modeling too.
