Two years ago, I made this pair of door god sculptures with my friend YuZhou, based on Chinese folk customs and folk paintings.
This one is Qin Qiong, a famous general of the Tang Dynasty in China, who was an upright man, and later became the god of guarding the gate and exorcising evil spirits.
