Can't launch this app for no reason

Hi all ,ive recently dowload this app for try it…
But each time i click on “Activate Later” the app shutdown !
I don’t get any error !! :confused:

My OS : Windows 7 Familiale Premium 32Bit :+1:

So ,how can i fix that ? :frowning:

One thing to try is to browse to your ZBrush folder and right-click on the ZBrush application. Choose Properties, then go to the Compatibility tab. You’ll want to turn on the bottom check box, to run the program as administrator. Click Apply, then close the window and try launching ZBrush again.

In the ZBrush folder there is a subfolder called TroubleshootHelp. Within that is a vcredist executable. Run that, which will make sure your computer has the needed C++ components.

The only thing I can think left to try is to uninstall ZBrush and delete its folder before reinstalling. This will put you into a license recovery state, so we’ll need the request code that ZBrush gives you when you launch it again.

Just enter that when ZBrush requests it. This will take you back to the normal launch screen. Hopefully you’ll then be able to run the trial.

The only thing remaining that I can think of to try is the following:

1) Go to the Windows Control Panel > Remove Programs and uninstall anything that’s Microsoft Visual C++
2) Go back to the ZBrush\TroubleshootHelp folder and run the vcredist installer again.

What I’m hoping is that your existing installation of C++ is corrupted somehow. The steps above will fix that.

Can you check if you already have a ZBrush process which is running?

Regarde si tu as un processus ZBrush qui tourne via le task manager de Windows.

  • Sinon, désinstalle ZBrush, va dans le dossier Program Files/Pixologic/ et supprime tout ce qui est dedans si le desinstalleur ne l’a pas fait.
  • reboot ton ordinateur
  • réinstalle la version d’évaluation en faisant un click droit puis “executer en tant qu’administrateur”.
  • une fois la réinstallation effectuée, fais un click droit sur ZBrush.exe et pareil, fais Executer en tant qu’administrateur.
  • si rien ne se passe au bout de 2-10 secondes sans toucher à l’ordinateur, appuis sur la touche ALT et regarde si un message d’erreur apparait. Éventuellement, refais cette étape en cliquant sur l’icone de ZBrush dans la task bar s’il apparait.

J’ai déjà fait ça
Une fois que je clique sur le bouton le processus se ferme automatiquement :frowning:
J’ai essayé de lancez le programme sous des modes de compatibilité et j’ai toujours ce problème :o

Quelle dommage j’aurais vraiment voulu essayé ce logiciel :td:
Je reviendrais que le programme sera mieux programmé
